It’s that time of year, a key date in the culinary calendar when MICHELIN present the 2025 restaurant selection for The MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland.
The 2025 results were unveiled during the annual MICHELIN Guide Ceremony held at Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum in Glasgow on Monday 10th February, Whatley Executive Chef Ricki Weston was at the ceremony to celebrate the culinary achievements of his team and his peers.
The Dining Room at Whatley under Ricki’s direction has retained their Michelin Star, huge congratulations to Ricki and his team, achieving such accolades takes hard work, dedication and passion.
