Whatley Manor Hotel & Spa is delighted to receive the Sustainable Independent Hotel Award in The HoteliersGuild’s Sirius Academy Awards 2023.
The awards are a celebration of excellence and innovation in the global hotel industry, distinguished by being peer-voted, recognising outstanding contributions across the hospitality industry. The hotel has been awarded for its exemplary dedication to advancing sustainability within the independent hotel sector, aligning with the Sirius Academy Awards’ commitment to fostering a more sustainable, responsible, and inclusive future.
Integrating sustainability with luxury in a seamless and innovative manner, Whatley Manor has set its goals to achieve a 95% reduction in its carbon emissions by 2028 for Scope 1 & 2 and a 90% reduction for its supply chain by 2035 (compared to 2019).
