The Macallan Whisky Dinner with Ricki Weston

Friday 27th December  6.30pm arrival 7pm dinner

The Macallan dining experience with Ricki Weston

Two centuries have passed since Alexander Reid distilled the first batch of whisky in his curiously small stills and thus began the extraordinary legacy of The Macallan. Known for their rare and luxury single malt whiskies, The Macallan are partnering with Whatley Manor’s Executive Chef, Ricki Weston, to bring you an unforgettable dining experience as part of their 200 year anniversary celebrations.

Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to taste a selection of exceptional single malt whiskies from The Macallan. Members of our team will be on hand to guide you through the flavour and stories behind each whisky as you embark on a journey through time.

For the evening menus, Chef Ricki Weston has thoughtfully crafted each dish to complement the flavour profiles of the whiskies you’ll be tasting. The ideal gift for the whisky connoisseur.

The event will take place in the intimate ambience of The Green Room. Places are limited to 16 and early booking is recommended.
