Celebrating 21 Years of Whatley Manor
Join us as we commemorate Whatley Manor’s 21st anniversary with a series of extraordinary events and special guests that embody our commitment to sustainability and creativity.
Officially opening its doors on 1st July 2003, the property dates back to the 18th century, when it was a farmhouse on the Twatley Farm estate. The Landolt family have been custodians of Whatley Manor since 2000, when the hotel was completely restored and the gardens re-designed back to their original ‘Arts & Crafts’ style. A Spa was added along with a Stable Suite used for private events.
Kickstarting the Celebrations At the start of August we are thrilled to welcome internationally renowned mural artist Matt Willey of ‘The Good of the Hive Project’. Matt will be creating a captivating bee mural, symbolizing the profound connection between people and the planet. The mural will be installed in the guest car park with the help of the local school and Guide group. Don’t miss this unique storytelling experience whether you are visiting the hotel, spa or restaurants.

Wellness Retreat with Parvati Perkkio From 6th to 8th September, immerse yourself in a rejuvenating YogaShaking & Meditation Wellness retreat led by the master of energy, Parvati Perkkio. The Green Room Dining Experience – September 12th – 15th We present four nights of Michelin inspired dining in the Green Room. Executive Chef Ricki Weston and his team will create a menu available for these dates only to showcase their culinary talents and celebrating 21 years of Whatley. Follow: @rickiweston
A Musical Journey with DJ Besford – 8th and 9th November. Experience the magic of internationally acclaimed music producer and DJ, Besford for guests and music lovers alike. His blend of ambient and uplifting sounds, from primal percussions to deep spiritual voices, will transport you to a realm of musical bliss. DJ Besford will be playing for all guests that visit the restaurants or are staying in the hotel over the weekend.

For more than 20 years, chef Amandine Chaignot has been unveiling her cuisine in the most beautiful places in the world. After having worked with the greatest, she is now the chef of her two restaurants Pouliche and Café de Luce in Paris. “My roots are French, and I let myself be carried away by what surrounds me, by what I like.
