The Hospitality Action Charity Polo Day returns to Beaufort Polo Club this September after a four-year hiatus and the Whatley team are once again playing a key role in the day with Executive Chef, Ricki Weston join gin the line up of eight award winning chefs from the South West region.
Beaufort Polo Club is the leading centre for Polo development in the Cotswolds and is home to the famous Tomlinson polo dynasty. Located next to Westonbirt Arboretum, the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside is in contrast to the speed and energy the experience during a polo match.
The Beaufort Club has a warm and friendly atmosphere and welcomes the use of the grounds for charity polo days, they are delighted to be hosting Hospitality Action this year, the event had been held for 12 consecutive years up to 2019 and it is warmly welcomed back.
As part of a charity Polo Day guests can experience a Polo Match incorporating an existing high calibre tournament or involving celebrity guest players, before the game begins there is a Polo Demonstration in front of the marquee so that guests have an understanding of play and the rules when they watch the match.
For Hospitality Action guests the day will feature a Taittinger and canapé reception, an outstanding three-course lunch with wine and an Afternoon CreamTea. Each of the chef’s works on a different course with two taking on the same course as a twist for this year.
