The Garden Room Festive Private Dining
Whether you are hosting a family party or celebration with friends or colleagues, The Garden Room is the perfect place to host between 15 and 30 guests.
We can seat up to 21 on one long table and 30 on three round tables. The Garden room is available for lunch from 11.30am – 5pm and for dinner, 7.00pm – midnight.
Each of our events is managed by an experienced and professional team. Festive menus are devised by Executive Chef, Ricki Weston. Our sommelier will craft the perfect wines to accompany each course.
When taking the Garden Room privately for your Christmas gathering there is a room hire fee of £500 Inc VAT this includes –

- Christmas crackers and decorations
- Dinner hire is 6.30pm – 12.30am
- Seasonal posy pots on the tables
- Dedicated events coordination
- Table plans
- Wi-Fi, parking, and cloakroom
The Festive menu is £70 per person and includes two canapés, three courses and tea/coffee petit fours to finish.

The Garden Room
2024 & 2025 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday – Lunch £450.00/Dinner £600 with a minimum spend of £1800 for lunch or £2000 for dinner.
Friday & Saturday – Lunch £600/Dinner £850 with a minimum spend of £2000 for lunch or £3000 for dinner.
Grey’s Restaurant
A more informal dining room, light and airy with ample room for guests and opening out onto the Courtyard lawn. Seating up to 60 guests
2024 & 2025- Room Hire from £1800, minimum food and beverage spend £2,700 lunch time only.
The Green Room
A self contained intimate & social entertaining space with central horseshoe bar area. Seating up to 16 guests around the horseshoe and 28 guests in total in the room.
